School Food and Nutrition Project

In a low income country like Honduras funding for educational programs is often unmet. Community and International Development students with backgrounds in art, ecology, nutrition, and agriculture have worked with elementary schools to introduce unique curriculum that integrates art, ecology, and nutrition. This program is always popular and often times students that have free time from other projects will assist with the school projects for the rewarding experience of working with young children.
