VARA and USSA Reminder

A reminder that all athletes need to be members of VARA (Vermont Alpine Racing Association) and USSA (United States Ski & Snowboard Association) to race.

You can download both applications from the World Wide Web. VARA’s address is www.vara.org and USSA’s address is www.ussa.org; click on Forms & Pubs on the left and then navigate through. Also, note that if your racer will be 13 years old before December 1, 2003 he/she will need the Competitor class, not the Junior Competitor. Both web sites offer great skiing news and up to date schedules, check them out from time to time during the season.

All club tuition and fees should be paid in full by December 1st.

No child will be able to start training without tuition paid in full and a completed and signed Health Form/Release. Bills have been mailed; late fees will be added for payments that are not timely.

Lockers - “A” through “O” and #1 through #50 are small lockers; #51 through #70 are large lockers. Most families keep the same locker from year to year so if you see a name on a locker it would be safer to choose another.
