The designers (set, costuming, and lighting) make up most of the aesthetics in theatre. They make the play nice to look at. They make you either comfortable or uncomfortable in your seat. They allow to you see or not to see. They make you feel without words. The set is the classroom in teaching. The classroom provides the atmosphere, it helps children to learn, or it hinders them. A good set is a good classroom. |
