Peggy O’Neill-Vivanco Vermont Clean Cities Director

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
Peggy O’Neill-Vivanco is the Director of the Vermont Clean Cities Coalition. She is also workforce outreach coordinator at UVM’s Transportation Research Center, working on FHWA grants that explore and develop career pathways in environmental transportation discipline, including shared mobility. She holds an MA from New York University. She is a year-round bike commuter, and advocate for safe bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure for all users.

 

Gabrielle Rainville Vermont Clean Cities Coordinator

Gabrielle Rainville (She/her) graduated from UVM in 2018 with a degree in business administration and marketing. She has a background in social media and communications and is excited to apply this experience to the outreach work she will be doing with Vermont Clean Cities. As the VTCCC Project Coordinator, her primary focus will be a Department of Energy-funded project with the Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnership (NEEP). The transportation audit project involves collaborating with community-based organizations to carry out transportation audits for communities in Vermont and New Hampshire. This work will center the voices of historically marginalized and/or excluded community groups as active members with the ability to contribute to transportation solutions and have a direct impact on design and implementation of transportation access plans and initiatives. Gabrielle will also be assisting the VTCCC Director with a variety of grants, proposals, and additional projects.

 

Eliza Gebb Vermont Clean Cities Intern

Eliza Gebb (She/her) is a Junior at the University of Vermont studying Geography and Global Studies. She is currently studying abroad in Valparaíso, Chile, where she is taking classes at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso. She is passionate about im/migration justice, language learning, and sustainable transportation, including fostering transportation equity in Vermont and beyond. This spring Eliza will work as an outreach intern for Vermont Clean Cities Coalition, helping with social media, communications, and related research projects.
