Vermont Research Open Source Program Office (VERSO)

Education

These sessions connect students with real‑world open‑source practices, offering insights into collaborative development, transparent research workflows, and the fast‑evolving landscape of open science. Through these lectures, students gain firsthand exposure to the challenges, opportunities, and community‑driven ethos of open‑source work—helping them build both practical technical skills and an appreciation for the broader culture of openness in technology.
