When sending information, please use the guidelines below:

  1. PLEASE only send materials once!  Do not fax or submit materials online and then send another copy via regular mail.  This leads to twice the amount of paperwork and SIGNIFICANTLY slows down processing time.
  2. Check the status of your application requirements online.  Due to heavy volume of inquiries, Student Financial Services not be able to personally respond to those who want to receive confirmation of receipt of materials sent to us.  March through August is the period of time when the office receives a very high volume of materials from students.  Please allow 5 working days for Student Financial Services to process any materials you send.  Check the status of your requirements through your online student account.

 

Document Submission Methods

Submit information by one of the following methods. These are listed in order of preference, from the method that takes the least processing time to the most.

  • For security of your information, we suggest that students and parents black out all but the last four digits of the SSN if listed on any documents you are sending, except in a case where we are specifically requesting the SSN.
  • Please note that we do not accept electronic signatures, so for a document where signatures are required you will need to print and sign the document, then scan it back to your computer before submitting.
