Hurricane Ian has devastated many communities in Florida and is now working its way north. For students with families and friends impacted by this massive storm, I want to express my sincere concern for you and remind you that UVM is here to support you at this difficult time.   

If you need assistance navigating any element of your life at UVM, I urge you to contact the Dean of Students Office at deanofstudents@uvm.edu or submit a request to the Care Team.

While Ian has already impacted Florida, forecasters expect further damage in other states along the Atlantic Coast. Please reach out to your friends who may need you and share this information with all who may be facing difficult circumstances.
