Please consider becoming deliberate about incorporating academic integrity into your classroom. We can help you to ensure that your students understand the academic integrity expectations at UVM, including the use of ChatGPT and artificial intelligence.

The Center for Student Conduct offers education and outreach opportunities for faculty who are interested in incorporating academic integrity conversations into their classroom.

Include learning modules in your Brightspace courses.

Pre-built modules and quizzes can be imported to your courses in Brightspace. These options include newly created information about ChatGPT and generative AI.

Include an academic integrity presentation during your class.

We are prepared to deliver presentations that can be tailored to your course. These presentations range from 15-30 minutes, depending on your needs.

Incorporate academic integrity into class activities.

These might include in-class exercises, discussion board topics, and iClicker quizzes. We have ideas for you.

ChatGPT, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Academic Integrity

We have already prepared for the ways ChatGPT and Generative AI might impact academic integrity at UVM. Please contact us to begin the discussion about how we can help you prepare in ways that are specific to your field.
