Your UVM GO fee covers the cost of meals, lodging, transportation on program, activities, entrance fees, and administrative costs necessary to run the program. Note that travel is not included in the program fee. An additional charge will be added to some international programs requiring group travel from a centralized departure city to the destination. This additional charge will be applied when you register and pay for your UVM GO program. For other programs, participants are responsible for travel expenses and logistics. The cost of participating in UVM GO varies according to the program you choose.

• UVM GO International programs are estimated to cost $1,200-$1,500
• UVM GO Cities programs are estimated to cost $1,000
• UVM GO Community programs are estimated to cost $500

Paying for UVM GO

Payment for your UVM GO experience is expected at the time of registration. Payment will not be collected during our initial lottery process. When you are notified of your selection through the lottery, you will be asked to complete the official registration form and submit your payment within seven days. Our reservation system accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards.

Financial Support

During the lottery process, all students will be given the option to request financial support; this will have no bearing on your acceptance to UVM GO. Our team works with Student Financial Services and uses your FAFSA to determine discounts. We will include information on financial support when you are notified of your program placement, so that you can make an informed decision.
