Sydney Baker
Study Abroad Advisor
BIO
Sydney is a Study Abroad Advisor and joined the Office of International Education in 2025. She graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in Public Health and spent time as an exchange student in Sydney, Australia and a research assistant in Greece. Previously, Sydney worked with international students at Cascadia College in Washington state, exchange students as a graduate assistant at the University of Luxembourg, and a language assistant in southern France. Her most recent role was in Paris where she helped run Northeastern University’s N.U. in France semester for first-year students. When she isn’t in the office, Sydney can be found skiing or hiking mountains, running, drinking coffee, improving her French, or in a ballet class.
