- Facilitating change and improving processes across units
- Building standardized practices, tools, and capabilities across the institution
UPMO Services and Activities
UPMO Services and Activities
The University PMO Service Catalog defines the suite of services provided to support the successful planning, prioritization, and delivery of initiatives across the University. We operate as a service-oriented partner, focusing on enabling, not owning, work across UVM.
Communities of Practice
The University PMO manages communities of practice to bring together colleagues from across the university to share knowledge, build relationships, solve common challenges, and advance more connected ways of working. They create opportunities for learning, collaboration, and practical application while helping strengthen institutional capability to advance UVM's strategic priorities.
The Organizational Change Management Community of Practice is helping colleagues build shared approaches, tools, and implementation strategies that support successful organizational change. The AI and Modern Work Community of Practice focuses on moving from learning to practical application of AI and modern work tools. Our Project Management Community of Practice helps strengthen project delivery capabilities, shares best practices, and builds connections across the university. Email UPMO@uvm.edu if you are interested in participating.
