Request Process:

Step 1: Complete the Access Request Form (ARF).

Step 2:  An Advarra University (AU) account will be created for you.  You must activate your AU account and notify OnCoreSupport@med.uvm.edu with the subject line “AU account activation – Firstname.Lastname”.

Step 3:  Training modules will be assigned to you based on your requested staff roles.

Step 4:  You will complete the required AU trainings and notify OnCoreSupport@med.uvm.edu with the subject line: “AU assigned modules completed – Firstname.Lastname”.

Step 5:  A live training session will be scheduled, and invitation sent to you.

Step 6:  Upon completion of the live training, your OnCore account will be setup same-day.
