The Vermont Regional Hemophilia Treatment Center (HTC) is the only federally funded HTC in Vermont and serves both Vermont and upstate New York patients. It specializes in the treatment of all inherited and acquired bleeding disorders, including Hemophilia, von Willebrand Disease, platelet function.
