Heading into December, the enrollment period is nearing its close. Thank you to everyone who has already signed up for 2026 coverage—we look forward to supporting you through the new year to ensure everything runs smoothly. Below are this week’s key updates and reminders:

Weekly highlights

• Enrollment update. As of Wednesday, December 3, 81% of retirees and their dependents have successfully enrolled. If you haven’t enrolled yet, please visit my.viabenefits.com/uvm or call 1-833-858-4990 to make an appointment.
• HRA instruction packets are starting to be mailed. Once you have completed your enrollment for 2026, you can expect HRA setup instructions to arrive by mail in a couple of weeks. If you have already completed your enrollment, watch for these packets in the coming days. Please note: reimbursements cannot be processed until January.
• There are no changes to the billing process for Dental. There are no changes to the billing process for high-option dental coverage. You will continue to be billed through UVM if you participate in a plan with a premium, and this remains separate from your HRA.
