We are pleased to announce that Holly Zanes has been elected as the new retired staff representative on the University Benefits Advisory Council (UBAC).
Holly brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the UVM community to this role. She served in UVM Human Resources for over 32 years, including 12 years dedicated to benefits administration. During that time, Holly was a trusted resource for the UBAC, providing critical information and guidance to support its recommendations. After retiring from UVM in 2021, Holly joined Harvard University, where she continues to share her expertise as a Senior Compensation Analyst.
We are grateful to Holly for her continued commitment to the UVM community and for her willingness to serve in this important volunteer role. Her insight and experience will help ensure that retiree perspectives remain central in discussions about UVM’s benefits programs.
