Join Talent Development on September 3, 2025 for a special training with Dr. Erika Lala, UVM's Senior Director for Intergroup Dialogue and Intercultural Excellence. This interactive session will not only help you better understand and brainstorm ideas around dialogue, but it will also present a new free resource available to UVM employees from the Constructive Dialogue Institute. This online tool called Perspectives is available to UVM Faculty and Staff through May 2025 and is designed to help you build skills for engaging across differences with curiosity and care.
Following the training, all participants will receive access to the Perspectives learning modules, giving you and your colleagues practical tools and strategies to strengthen your dialogue skills long after the session ends.
This event also serves as the kickoff to Fall 2025 Division of Intercultural Excellence Luncheon Series, which will feature more conversations, tools, and workshops on this and other critical topics.
