Human Resources reminds all supervisors, managers, faculty, and staff that annual employee performance season is open now through March 31 for the 2023 year. Supervisors are encouraged to start the process early to adequately review successes, acknowledge challenges, and identify strategies to perform mission critical work going forward. 

As previously communicated, the annual reviews will measure employee performance for the previous calendar year (Jan. 1, 2023, through Dec. 31, 2023). The process should be constructive, acknowledge employee accomplishments, and look to future goals for 2024.

Details related to the performance review purpose, processes, and timelines for each staff employee group on our campus are included in the applicable staff handbooks and/or Collective Bargaining Agreements. A review of these Handbooks and Collective Bargaining Agreements is highly encouraged prior to beginning performance reviews.
