BIO

Nicole is the Assistant Director for Health & Wellbeing Analytics at the Center for Health & Wellbeing (CHWB). She holds a PhD from the University at Albany and an MS from Northeastern University.

Before joining CHWB, Nicole conducted research on health disparities, examining how housing policies affect adolescent mental health and risk behaviors. She also managed a large-scale survey and biomarker project studying the relationship between education and later-life cognitive functioning. Most recently, she worked as a business intelligence developer, improving data quality, access, and reporting for diverse stakeholders.

Nicole is passionate about using data-driven approaches to advance student health, wellbeing, and academic success. At CHWB, her work focuses on assessment, research, database management, analytics, and dashboard development. She has a particular interest in promoting health equity among vulnerable groups who may be more susceptible to health and academic challenges. She also leads the development of campus-wide health and wellness surveys and program evaluations to better understand student health and wellness.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, hiking, and exploring Vermont with her family.
