Kelsie joined the Center for Sustainable Agriculture team in 2021 and is part of UVM Extension’s Dairy Herd Management Technical Assistance Program. She holds a BA in Biology from Williams College and has over 10 years of experience working with pasture-based dairies and farmstead creameries. Her experience includes working on and managing farms in the Adirondacks, New Zealand, and Vermont, and owning a cultured butter business. Kelsie lives in Northfield, Vt. and is excited to work with grazing dairies and livestock producers across the state.
