The Office of Equal Opportunity hosts a pool of Support Volunteers that are available to connect with individuals involved in an Equal Opportunity resolution process.
Process Advisors
Support Volunteers are specially-trained faculty and staff members who are familiar with the Equal Opportunity policies and procedures. They are available to meet with UVM community members involved in an Equal Opportunity resolution process to provide supportive information about the case process and resources that are available. Support Volunteers can attend Equal Opportunity investigation meetings. Some Support Volunteers serve as Hearing Advisors for the Title IX resolution process. Unlike our full time Support Coordinators, these volunteers are not employees with the Office of Equal Opportunity.
