Lecturer, Rubenstein School for Environment and Natural Resources

Eric Garza is a lecturer at the Rubenstein School for Environment and Natural Resources, and the founder and owner of the Aisthetica, a small consulting/education company based in Burlington, Vermont. His courses include Energy Use in Food Systems and Toxics Policy and the Public, although he has also taught Energy Literacy in the past. Eric was the founding chair of the Clean Energy Fund while a doctoral student at UVM, and served on the Socially Responsible Investing Working Group for a term as well. He works with a range of partners studying the energy intensity of food production, focusing particularly on local food systems.
