Action Needed: Proxy access was removed after the April 15 system upgrade. Set up (or re-authorize) your Proxy and Authorized Payers as soon as possible so your parents or supporters can access billing and financial aid information.

How to request a training

Any UVM group or department can request a training workshop here. Workshop spaces are limited to small groups (under 20 people) and offered in-person only at this time. Please be in touch with facilitator leaders to discuss the unique needs of your group.

Empowerment Self-Defense Course

UVM students: Build confidence and learn real-world self-defense in this 1-credit course! Through physical training, group work, and discussion, explore the roots of violence, practice de-escalation and boundary-setting, and help make safety a shared community value.
