Overall Objectives: At the end of this course, participants will be familiar with the layout of Excel, understand basic Excel terminology and functionality, and be able to create simple spreadsheets using Excel 2016.

Overall Objectives: The PeopleSoft Basics course will introduce users to UVM’s PeopleSoft Financial and HR Applications. Overall Objectives: This session is designed to show you how to reallocate UVM purchasing card expenses. We will also review the UVM Travel Policy and Procurement Policy as it pertains to allowable expenses on the PurCard.

Learning Outcomes:

  • At least 3 months of Peoplesoft experience.
  • Must have completed Peoplesoft Basics (PSU010)
  • Must have responsibility for financial functions in Peoplesoft.
    • Utilize PeopleSoft to find PurCard journals
    • Explain PurCard expenses by adjusting chartstrings

Excel 2016: Formulas Basics

Audience: Experienced Excel users interested in learning how to create basic formulas and practice utilizing common functions and Excel features.
