Elora Ditton assumed the role of the Director of Enrollment Management Administration in November 2023. She serves as a core member of the divisional leadership team providing direction and strategy in the areas of financial management, human resources, contract management, and business operations.

Prior to joining DEM, Elora worked as a Business Analyst at UVM, she managed the Energy and Environment program and the Center for Environmental Economics and Policy at Columbia University's School of Interational and Public Affairs, and she worked in research and grant administration at Northwestern University.

Elora earned her B.A. in Sociology and East Asian Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2011 and her M.A. in Public Policy and Administration from Northwestern University in 2016.
