Students are eager to understand how the courses they take will help them in the “real world.” This past Fall Semester, the Career Center launched a series of modules that will help your students connect the dots between your academic learning outcomes, the career competencies they’re developing, and how this can be articulated to potential employers.

These career-readiness modules can be customized to work with your course objectives and can include suggested assignments. If desired, the Career Center is prepared to help with assessment by providing personalized feedback to students.

In this workshop, Sarah Heath, Career Center Faculty Liaison, will demo the modules, show how faculty are incorporating them into their courses, and show how to find the modules most relevant to your courses and import them into Blackboard.
