BIO
Janelle Sarnevitz, a Massachusetts native, earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont in 2014. After graduating, she spent a year working in early childhood special education nursing. In 2015, she accepted a position in the general surgical unit at the University of Vermont Medical Center.
Driven by a passion for education, she began teaching clinicals for nursing students across various specialties, including cardiology, orthopedics, and general surgery, while pursuing her master’s degree in nursing education. After earning her master’s from Norwich University in 2020, she accepted a faculty position at the University of Vermont.
She currently co-teaches courses in Gerontology and Introduction to Clinical Practice and continues to serve as a clinical instructor.

Bio
