Holly is passionate about preventive care, health promotion, and whole-person wellness, with a special interest in women’s health across the lifespan. She is board-certified in Lifestyle Medicine, with a focus on evidence-based strategies to support longevity, strength, and overall well-being. Holly is committed to helping individuals live healthier, more fulfilling lives through personalized, compassionate care. When Holly is not providing patient care or teaching, she enjoys spending time with her family and being active outdoors.
