Major Projects
- Developed and launched a suite of market analysis tools for a user community of over 12,000 employees. Expanded customer segmentation data and nationwide survey results, leading to an increase in sales productivity by over 20%.
- Led a business case analysis that resulted in a $20M (FY11) annual net reduction in operating costs by establishing vehicle fleets at the Army's two national training facilities, rather than rail vehicles from home stations.
- Led a cross-functional team in a cost analysis of the Army's wartime equipping strategy. Findings prompted a policy change for a more cost-effective equipping means following combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan.
