True leadership is about the capacity of people and communities to shape the futures they desire.
This innovative online and on-campus cross-disciplinary program addresses the social, environmental, economic and diet/health (SEED) impacts of our food system. This certificate will expand your capacity to recognize and create positive, forward-looking solutions for our broken food system. You will have the opportunity to gain expertise and perspective on sustainable practices related to food systems, which have immediate, real-world application. And, you will engage with broad-based stakeholders through the UVM Food Systems Summit and meet in small group discussion groups with influential thought leaders.
The course begins May 30, and students have the option to take the course for graudate credit. For more information or to register, please visit UVM's Continuing and Distance Education website: https://learn.uvm.edu/program/sustainable-food-systems/
