Food Systems MS student, Melissa Woolpert, was featured on Burlington's local news WCAX channel 3 regrading her research on fatty acids in milk and good dairy farming practices. Melissa's research was highlighted as part of an announcement about the St. Albans Cooperative Creamery becoming the first dairy cooperative in the country to provide members with detailed and key nutritional information about the milk coming from their cows.
