Symposium Registration Fee:
$25.00 - UVM Affiliates
$40.00 - General Public

Registration and payment is required:
On site check-in services will be available 7:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. on Friday, March 31st, on the 4th floor of the Davis Center. Space is limited.

Registration fee includes:

  • Symposium Breakfast Keynote with Dr. Sheila Gregory
  • Symposium Sessions
  • Symposium Luncheon Keynote with Kimberly Norwood, J.D.
  • Meeting Materials
  • UVM Wireless Network
  • Friday Evening Reception

Who should attend?
University/College staff, faculty, and administrators, K-12 teachers and administrators, diversity coordinators, and pre-service professionals.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing via mail, fax, or e-mail to UVM University Event Services. Cancellations postmarked Friday, March 24, 2017 will receive a refund minus a $10.00 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds after Friday, March 24, 2017. Below is the information you will need in order to send in your written notice.

No-Shows:
If you are pre-registered and do not attend the conference you will be assessed the full conference fee for which you have registered.

Partial Attendance:
There is no partial attendance fee.

Parking:
Parking will be available for general public symposium attendants at the cost of $4.00 for Friday, March 31st at the Gutterson Garage. If you sign-up for parking you will receive a parking map and permit via e-mail prior to the conference.
