Graduate Student Nestor Polanco and Assistant Professor Eric Hernandez, Ph.D.
Congratulations to Nestor Polanco, a graduate student in the Structural Monitoring, Diagnosis and Prognosis Lab. His paper "Finite element model updating of semi-composite bridge decks: Application to reliability analysis" won the best student paper award in the Structural Dynamics category at the 2014 ASCE Engineering Mechanics Conference held at McMaster University, Canada.
