CEMS NewsDr. Josh Bongard from the UVM CEMS Department of Computer Science has been invited by the National Academy of Engineering to attend the 2008 Frontiers of Engineering symposium to be held in Albuquerque, NM. Dr. Bongard's areas of expertise are evolutionary robotics, evolutionary computation, and physical simulation.

CEMS NewsThanks to The Barrett Foundation and the collaboration of the UVM College of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences (CEMS), seven undergraduate students are involved with research projects this summer. The purpose of this scholarship program is to provide prestigious, competitive awards to outstanding undergraduate engineers who wish to pursue a specific research project under the mentorship of a faculty member.
