Schedule: Construction completed between fall 2003 and spring 2004
Project Manager: Brian Haas/Ralph Olberg
Project Architect: Northern Architects

In December 2002, Trinity Campus officially became part of the University of Vermont's main campus with the purchase of 21 acres of land and 17 buildings from the Sisters of Mercy of Vermont.

Farrell Hall, the former library, was renovated to serve as offices for various College of Medicine departments. Work included construction of interior partitions, revisions to the heating and ventilation systems and installation of new finish materials for ceilings, walls and floors. Similar renovations were completed in Mann Hall, which houses offices for the Department of Education, including classrooms and conference areas. The work also addressed accessibility deficiencies and installation of a new elevator.

Exterior site upgrades included installation of new telecommunications infrastructure, campus standard site lighting, emergency blue lights/phones and way finding. New sidewalks, curbing and existing sidewalk overlay completed enhancements to the Trinity Campus landscape.
