The Last Resort, located in Monkton, Vermont, is a 285 acre former Addison County dairy farm. In 1992 we sold the cows and expanded the berry and vegetable operation that we’ve had since 1980. Gradually we converted to organic production methods and have been fully organic since 1998. Most of our 90+ tillable acres are in organic hay production with approximately 6 acres used for berries, vegetables and cover crops. We sell from our farm stand, at the Richmond and Bristol farmers Markets, at City Market and Healthy Living in Burlington and at several other places.THE LAST RESORT ![]()

We run the operation with the help of our 3 children Nora, Silas and Caleb, as well as help from many of their college friends.
