EDGEWATER FARM 
Edgewater Farm is a diversified horticultural farm located on the Connecticut River in Plainfield, New Hampshire. We retail plants from our greenhouses as well as small fruits and vegetables grown right here on our farm. We have been known for many years in the Upper Valley for our U-Pick Strawberries and for the wide variety of vegetables available at our farmstands. Recently, we have gained a more widespread reputation for having one of the largest selections in New England of new and unusual bedding plants, combination planters and hangers, herbs and perennials. We have been included by the State of New Hampshire in its Farms of Distinction Program and our greenhouses were recognized in 2002 by Yankee Magazine as Editor's Pick.
As we enter our twenty-ninth year of ownership, Edgewater Farm remains first and foremost a true family-owned working farm. Although we offer wide selection, diversity and high quality, we are not just another upscale garden center, nor purchase-for-resale farmstand. Instead, we remain committed to producing high-quality plants and produce through safe, environmentally and agriculturally sustainable methods. We are proud to offer you the expert advice, assistance and products that come with twenty-nine years of growing successes and failures.

Greenhouse bedding plants, small fruit, and vegetables.
When in season, we offer a complete line of produce, from arrugula to zucchini
with everything in between. At the right time of year, our stands also
provide quarts of hand-picked strawberries or raspberries. In addition
to produce and plants from Edgewater's fields and greenhouses, both stands
offer locally-produced dairy products, baked goods, seasonal fruits and
jams, and maple and honey products.

BUYING INFORMATION
You can visit our River Road greenhouses in Plainfield
by late April, and our farmstands usually open their doors in June to herald
the first of the summer crops. We close early- to mid-October, usually
at the time of the first fall frost.
