Julianna is supporting international research on low emissions agricultural development, a focus of the CGIAR Research Program on Climate Change, Agriculture and Food Security (CCAFS). She is interested in how the food system can feed the world without contributing significantly to climate change. Prior to moving to Vermont, Julianna lived and worked for ten years in West Africa. Julianna speaks French and Hausa in addition to her native English.
