New I-9 Required

As of May 7, 2013, the federal government is requiring employers to use the newest I-9 form to document an individual's eligibility for employment. It is no longer permissible to use previous forms.

Retiree Health Savings Plan

Benefits-eligible faculty and staff hired after 01-01-2012 may see a new paycheck entry after passing their one-year anniversary. The entry will show contributions made to their Retiree Health Savings Plan . For info, see the RHSP page.

To help defray the federal tax liability of medical insurance coverage for a same-sex spouse or civil union partner, UVM is offering a health care stipend. Enrollment for the stipend program concludes June 28.
