Provide high-level administrative coordination in a major area within the University in support of an executive officer.

Provide high-level administrative coordination
in a major area within the University in support of an executive officer;
use judgment in prioritizing workflow and selecting methods within the context
of area guidelines; oversee, coordinate and ensure completion of multiple,
complex schedules and major area actions related to strategic initiatives,
policies and institutional goals; staff leadership meetings and committees;
review, approve and respond to documents and/or correspondence that may
be highly charged, confidential, or time-sensitive; ensure area compliance
with University and regulatory requisites.
Serve as first point of contact with internal and external constituents; address inquiries and provide guidance and advice specific to and consistent with area guidelines; interpret, analyze, and communicate highly complex internal/external policy, procedural, and process information for operational, planning, and management purposes based on a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of University policies and procedures.
Oversee and perform complex data management functions: research policy issues and conduct analysis of information; prepare specialized administrative reports and related communications for internal and external presentation using standard or specialized software applications.
May provide administrative supervision to University staff and/or functional supervision to designated employees and/or affiliates..
Minimum QualificationsEducation and experience equivalent to:
Bachelor's degree in a related field and two to four years' related experience required.
