New I-9 Required

As of May 7, 2013, the federal government is requiring employers to use the newest I-9 form to document an individual's eligibility for employment. It is no longer permissible to use previous forms.

Retiree Health Savings Plan

Benefits-eligible faculty and staff hired after 01-01-2012 may see a new entry on their paycheck shortly after passing their one-year anniversary. The entry will show the value of contributions made to their Retiree Health Savings Plan (RHSP). For eligibility and vesting info, see the RHSP page. Questions? e-Mail HRSinfo@uvm.edu.

Benefits Open Enrollment ends on Friday, May 31. After that date, the window of opportunity for benefits-eligible faculty, staff and retirees to change the medical, dental, life and disability components of their benefits package* will be closed until next May.
