Atelier Application

Applications from graduate students and researchers in any field are welcome, though preference will be given to those with a strong background in ecological economics. Stakeholder applications are strongly encouraged and preference will be given to those involved in current projects of payments for ecosystem services.

Send the following information:
1) Name, Email, Address
2) Category in which you are applying (i.e. student, researcher, stakeholder)
3) Name of your major advisor, department, and university (if student), of research agency (if researcher) or employer (if stakeholder)
4) Unofficial transcript listing courses completed (if student)
5) Curriculum Vitae
6) Level of fluency in Portuguese or a similar romance language
7) 500 word statement describing your background and interest in the workshop topic

Students requesting aid should submit a written explanation along with their application. We suggest you apply for travel funds or matching aid from your home institution should it be available. Please provide documentation of your efforts to procure funding from other sources.

Acceptance will be made on a rolling basis. The earlier applications are received, the better the chances of being accepted. We strongly suggest your application is received by February 16, 2007.
