Dr. Serguei Krivov obtained his Ph.D. in Computer Science in 1999 and joined the Institute of Eco-logical Economics as an Assistant Research Scientist in 2001. In his Ph.D. thesis Serguei Krivov developed multiagent ecological simulator LEM, based on his logic based conceptual framework for modeling of complex systems. Serguei Krivov participates in the development of the NSF project "A web-accessible knowledge base for the integrated analysis and valuation of eco-system services," and still carries out research in multiagent simulation and modeling of complex systems.
