Upon graduation from UVM in 2010, Hillary was hired as the Gund Institute's first Staff Videographer, and in 2011 she was promoted to Media Communications Project Manager (another first position of its kind at the Gund). She both creatively produced and managed all strategic multi-media communications and related marketing objectives related to the Gund's activities and its projects in education, research, operations, and community outreach. Notable projects include: writing the first Gund Communications Plan, leading the new Gund brand identity project, designing the Gund Website in 2012, graphic design of all print materials, and producing 90 educational videos, including a feature documentary and TV series on RETN Channel 16.
