Browse/insert your videos from YouTube (formerly Video Everywhere)

Note: In January 2016, Google stopped supporting direct recording to YouTube via webcam. Since Blackboard relied on this feature for "Video Everywhere", the ability to record and post video directly from the content editor is no longer available.

In the absence of this tool, there are workarounds for thos who would like to record video from your webcam and post it to your course. Recording from a webcam can be done using software such as Photo Booth for Mac OS X and Camera for Windows 8+. From there, UVM has a video streaming service that is similar to YouTube, called streaming.uvm.edu. Find out how to post a video at UVM and embed it into your Blackboard course.

If you have videos that you have posted to YouTube, you can embed them into your Blackboard course by clicking the YouTube button in the content editor. More information on how to do this is available in the Blackboard Help documentation.
