Log a footprint at footprints.uvm.edu - click on PeopleSoft Help. Depending on what is happening, we may need to set up a Teams meeting to assist.


Mobile Device Support
Given the wide variety of mobile devices, we are not able to guarantee support for the usage of PeopleSoft on mobile devices at first. However, if you experience issues, we are interested in gathering information about what is happening. After we gather more information, we will be able to work on resolving issues. Please log a footprint to let usknow what is happening on your mobile device, if there are issues. Then, complete your action on a desktop/laptop computer.

After the Upgrade

  1. Clear your browser cache before logging in after any system upgrade.
  2. Consult the updated User Guides as needed to complete transactions.
  3. If you experiencing difficulty, please log a PeopleSoft HelpDesk Footprint.
