Business Meeting Minutes
The Business Meeting:
During the Business Meeting, Free To Be plans for upcomming events including speakers, artists, presentations, etc. This meeting is not intended to be social but instead to be a time to get our agenda organized. Most of the Free To Be members who participate in the Business Meeting are very active members who have the time and energy to commit to working on events and programming. Notes are taken at every Business Meeting and are stored here as "Meeting Minutes".
Time"OUT" Meetings:
The Time"OUT" Meetings are to allow us to come together and help each other with problems we face in everyday life. Events happening during this meeting are up to the people who show up. Whether the group discusses the high and low points of everyone's week or whether they talk about issues everyone faces this group is here to lend a shoulder to lean on.
The Social Meeting:
The Social Meetings are when we have fun! The majority of Free To Be members only come to the social meeting because it is a time to escape from school and just socialize. Sometimes we play games, make an art project, have guest speakers, watch movies, or just talk. Check out the "Meeting Details" to the left to find out what this month's social meetings will be. There is frequently free food there is always a safe space. We love new faces too!

Time"OUT": 7:30-8:30pm
Rotating Thursdays (Check "This Month's Meeting Details" to the left to see which week they occur)
Social Meeting: 7:30-9:00pm
B.A.S.I.C. Meeting: 7:30-9:00pm
Location for Spring 2003 Meetings (Unless Otherwise Noted at Left):
Free To Be meetings are held in the GLBTA office. The office is located in the basement of the Billings Student Center. It is room number B-163 and is directly across from the former "Candy Counter" and directly next to the Student Government Association office.
