Note 1: The conference fee paid after the
deadline date should include 20% increase. Therefore, the total is $240. The
conference registration will be closed after May 31. On-site registrations are
possible, but there is no guarantee for the availability of a hotel room at the conference
site and the conference documents.

Note 2: A hotel room
on the Conference site is automatically reserved for you upon the receipt of your
registration fee and on the "first come, first served" basis. You can

Note 3: Dependents of the Conference attendees do not pay for the conference
registration fee and will only pay for the other expenses.

Note 4: You will need
to find your own roommate and notify Ms. Lv Yaping by March 31, 2004 if you wish to have
someone to share the cost of the hotel room with you. Otherwise, you will still need
to pay for the room at the single hotel room rate.

Note 5: Fees listed above may change under circumstances beyond the control of the
conference organizers. However, any change will be announced in advance.
