The COVID-19 Information and Service Center is the single point of contact for the campus community for COVID-19 testing and related initiatives. Our core team of knowledgeable and compassionate professionals is dedicated to supporting our community’s adherence to UVM’s Return to Campus strategy and Vermont’s Safe and Healthy Return to Campus guidelines.
Our test center and administrative offices are located on the 1st floor of the Davis Center (former Advising Center/Suite 103 next to Brennan's Pub).
Student Surveillance Testing
UVM will continue to offer free COVID-19 testing on campus for students at the COVID-19 Information and Service Center. Students with approved COVID-19 vaccine exemptions are required to test every seven days. Students who are vaccinated may test if they wish to do so. Students are required to schedule their testing appointments through the CoVerified App. Any student who is symptomatic or believes they may have COVID-19 should contact UVM Student Health Services at email@example.com to arrange for a test. If you suspect you have COVID-19 or are confirmed positive, please stay home and do not go to class.
If you are a student experiencing symptoms or were exposed to someone who has tested positive, please contact Student Health Services at (802) 656-3350; they will schedule an appointment for you for testing in one of their offices. Do not proceed to the Davis Center location.
Student Health Services provides phone coverage nights and weekends.
