The warranties and plans noted below are those offered by the UVM Tech Store; if you did not purchase your warranty or coverage plan from the Tech Store, you can determine its status by consulting the warranty/plan provider.

Dell Devices

Dell Complete Care Service

Dell’s Complete Care Service is a warranty service offered by Dell.

  1. Find your Dell device’s Service Tag
  2. Visit www.dell.com/support/ and enter your Service Tag, and click the magnifying glass
  3. Click Warranty from the left side menu and you will see your warranty status and expiration date

Apple Devices

AppleCare and AppleCare+

AppleCare and AppleCare+ are warranty services offered through Apple.

  1. Find the Serial Number of your Apple Product
  2. Visit https://checkcoverage.apple.com/, enter your serial number and the CAPTCHA code, then click Continue

  3. Your warranty status will be displayed below a description of your machine.

Safeware

Safeware is a comprehensive insurance program for your device. Safeware plans are currently available at the UVM Tech Store.

  1. Find the Serial Number of your Apple Product
  2. Visit http://www.safeware.com/lookup and enter your Serial Number, then click Lookup. Your coverage information will be displayed below.
