BIO
Jaydeen Santos is the Assistant Director of the Mosaic Intercultural Center, where she supports programs, initiatives, and operations that foster belonging, engagement, and success for all UVM students. In her role, she guides program planning and assessment, leads data collection and evaluation efforts, collaborates with campus partners, and supports staff in creating inclusive, learning-centered experiences that encourage connection, reflection, and holistic well-being. She also manages the center’s budget and serves as acting manager in the Director’s absence.
A proud double UVM alum and former student leader, Jaydeen brings a deep understanding of campus life into her work every day. Outside of work, she enjoys tarot and intuitive, reflective practices as tools for grounding, meaning-making, and self-care.
